Terms of Service
These terms are a placeholder while our final commercial agreement is in legal review. They describe how we expect Manifesto to be used during pilots and paid plans.

1. Acceptance
By accessing Manifesto, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License & access
Manifesto grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for your internal business purposes during the term of your agreement.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to the contracts, templates, and data you upload. Manifesto processes that data only to provide the service to you and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to process.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use the service to violate applicable laws.
5. Service availability
Manifesto provides commercially reasonable uptime. Service-level commitments for paid plans are described in the order form.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
